Mr. Mario Utrilla work along with the government to create the green house systems in order to produce an excellent quality beans in the region of Yajalon Chiapas, where he has more than 32 municipalities under his belt.
We are proud to offer varieties of green coffee beans from the region of Yajalón in northwest Chiapas,Mexico. Here we work directly with thousands of local farmers through our family (Mario) to select only the choicest beans and provide a return to the farmer that is more than fair. This helps create sustainable practices and rewards farmers for applying better techniques to improve the quality of bean.
